How we review information

Guides include a last-reviewed date. Time-sensitive details such as hours, fees, eligibility, addresses, phone numbers, and availability require regular rechecking.
Reviewed does not mean guaranteed
A listing can be accurate when reviewed and still change later. Visitors should confirm current availability and eligibility directly with the provider before traveling or sharing sensitive information.
Corrections are welcomed
Reports of broken links, changed requirements, closures, or inaccurate details are checked against a reliable source before the page is updated.
Sponsorship stays separate
Sponsors cannot purchase favorable editorial coverage, guaranteed placement, or a reviewed-resource designation. Sponsored material must be clearly labeled.
Clear limits
The Hub provides educational information, not individual legal, medical, mental-health, financial, supervision, or case-management advice.
